From our Seattle-based studios, we have been training expert aerial instructors around the world since 2014 in our signature Flight Yoga ™ method. With the pandemic, we took our training online and haven't looked back. Through our combination of on-demand content and personalized feedback and support, we are continuing to graduate new instructors who are confident and excited to teach (and having success finding teaching jobs!) 

This virtual body/mind/spirit course with Flight Room owner and head teacher trainer Jen Russell provides everything you need to instruct a safe and engaging aerial yoga class to beginner and intermediate aerial yoga students--both in person and virtually.

Whether you are a seasoned pro or investigating aerial yoga for the first time, we are here to support you every step of the way.

Unlike other online teacher training programs, we provide you with a full 12-week (on-demand) aerial yoga immersion in our method to give you plenty of time to soak in our signature style. Have a solid background already? You're welcome to jump right into the teacher training portion. 

Your on-demand learning (you'll have lifetime access to the 12 week immersion as well as each of the four modules and all materials) will be supported with personalized feedback on your practice teaching whenever you'd like it. You have unlimited access to owner and lead teacher trainer, Jen, whenever you have questions or would like to talk through your coursework.
