Elevate your movement practice! We will cultivate technique and artistry, culminating in a contemporary dance routine learned and practiced over six weeks.
Classes include a hybrid of aerial flow and ballet/modern technique, conditioning and work on tricks and timing. We focus not only on the movement, but the intention behind it and our partnership with the silk. No dance experience required.

In our experience, virtually all homes (even apartments) can successfully accommodate an aerial yoga set-up, whether by rigging into the ceiling or using a stand. However, if you find that it ends up not working for your home, please take advantage of our 30 Day Guarantee. We'll fully refund your purchase & will even cover return shipping on your hammock.
Some general requirements to get set-up successfully:
Ceilings minimum of 7.5 feet
Floor space: length of yoga mat front to back and a couple of feet on each side.

We have students who join us from a variety of fitness levels and our program is designed to meet each one of them exactly where they are. We will help you progressively build the strength & flexibility needed to achieve more advanced postures.
And your body, by the way, is perfect the way it is. There is no "aerial yoga body" and we have students of all shapes and sizes who kick total ass.
