The great thing about Flight Room's online classes - not only do you get the weekly schedule, which has more classes than one human could do in a week anyway, but you have access to the past classes, so you can rewatch the parts you struggled with or return to your favorite classes. Or, like me, sleep in and be lazy and still be able to take the class later, haha!

I'm worried I won't be able to get my hammock installed in my house.

In our experience, virtually all homes (even apartments) can successfully accommodate an aerial yoga set-up, whether by rigging into the ceiling or using a stand. However, if you find that it ends up not working for your home, please take advantage of our 30 Day Guarantee. We'll fully refund your purchase & will even cover return shipping on your hammock.

Some general requirements to get set-up successfully:

Ceilings minimum of 7.5 feet
Floor space: length of yoga mat front to back and a couple of feet on each side.

I already have a hammock at home. Can I buy just the immersion?

Of course! We'd love to have you. Just select the "I already have a hammock at home" checkbox on the registration form and we'll process a $65 refund for you.

Are there weight limits or fitness requirements for starting an aerial yoga practice from home?

The hammock kits are designed to support a maximum student weight of up to 440lbs (a dynamic load of 1,948lbs.)

We have students who join us from a variety of fitness levels and our program is designed to meet each one of them exactly where they are. We will help you progressively build the strength & flexibility needed to achieve more advanced postures.

And your body, by the way, is perfect the way it is. There is no "aerial yoga body" and we have students of all shapes and sizes who kick total ass.
