This is one of those reviews that I almost don't want to post because I want to keep the Flight Room all to myself, but I guess I'll let the secret out! This place is AMAZING. All the teachers are welcoming and freely accommodate to skill level, etc. The hammock allows you to hang upside down and get incredible traction to open your spine. Other moves place the fabric in a way that provides myofascial release (think foam roller). And all in all, you feel weightless and like a kid on the playground.

A great way to wind down and allow the body to relax but still work! The hammock helps get deeper into stretches and aids with inversions... your back will thank you. Nothing opens my hips more than a hip hang. Because I also do HIIT and some climbing, my body craves this type of stretching and I'm never bored! My arm strength has greatly improved and that savasana... nothing like it.

I've taken classes with Flight Room at their Ballard location for a year now and was CRUSHED when it had to close during quarantine.
