Over 28 days, we're going to completely up-level your strength, endurance and flexibility. Your free enrollment includes unlimited on-demand and live stream classes through January, small group support in our private forum, lifetime access to our 26 Days to the Splits on-demand course and a free t-shirt (unisex S-3X) if you complete the challenge! There is no charge for participating and no obligation to continue after the challenge.
This challenge is designed to be accessible (and challenging!) to all fitness levels.

Rules of the game to earn your free t-shirt:
- Complete the full "26 Days to the Splits" On-Demand Course
- Take all four Yoga HIIT sessions each week of the series (either on-demand or live stream via Zoom)
- Post at least 5 times in our private community over the course of the challenge (share your wins, support your fellow challengers, etc.)
Frequently Asked Questions
If this is free, why do you need my credit card number? Will I be charged?
We take your card number to make it easy to keep a good thing going! Your classes are 100% free through January 31, 2021. Our free challenge trial rolls into our discounted full-access membership at $67/month but there's no obligation to continue. To cancel before you're charged (or at any point afterward), just click on "billing" in your account. It's super easy, no need to contact us and you keep your Splits course for life.
What time are the classes? What if I can't make them live?
Our Splits course is 100% on demand so you can take the classes whenever it works for your schedule. For the yoga HIIT classes, you can either join us live via Zoom (Mon/Wed at 12:30pm PST, Thursdays at 4:30pm PST and Fridays at 9:30am PST) or you can practice via the replay (we upload videos daily to our on-demand library.)
What are the classes like? Do I need anything at home to take them?
Our Yoga HIIT classes mix-in 5 segments (4 minutes each) of tabata cardio within a yoga flow. You'll experience strength, stretch and cardio benefits from each class. Some of the Yoga HIIT classes incorporate a set of hand weights or a resistance band but you certainly don't need them to take class.
Each Splits course features 45-ish minutes of held stretches to help you access your middle and front splits. We recommend having a set of two yoga blocks (or you can use thick books) and a yoga strap (or sub a belt or scarf) for extra support.
You also have full access to ALL live stream and on-demand classes (starting today!) through January and if you find yourself with extra energy and time on your hands, you can join us for Barre, Flow classes and more. We have 500+ on demand classes and 20+ live classes each week, so we'll keep you busy. ;)
I am suuuuuper out of shape and inflexible.
You're in the right place! While you can expect to be challenged by both Yoga HIIT and the Splits course, we make sure to offer a variety of options and always encourage you to listen to your body. (Ie: don't hurt yourself for a free t-shirt!)
What happens if I don't complete all 38 classes in the 26 days?
We charge your card on file for $5,000. Just kidding! Nothing happens other than you don't win a free t-shirt. ;) We promise this isn't a bait and switch. You don't get penalized for not finishing the challenge.
