It's time to clear out everything from 2020 that we no longer need so we can enter 2021 calm, centered and with clear purpose.
Each week, we will enjoy a 75 minute restorative practice and will explore a new self-care ritual in support of releasing old energy and inviting in new.
Your tuition includes:
- Eight restorative (mat-based) practices via live stream & lifetime access to on-demand replays
- Yoga bolster
- A new handmade item each week personally selected by Jen to incorporate into our rituals. (These will range from a handcrafted journal to a healing crystal grid to a smudge bundle to energetically cleanse your space.)
Because the small crafters we are working with to bring you these items take time to create and ship their items, we appreciate your registration no later than October 20th. Please make sure to enter the address you would like your weekly items shipped to in your checkout information.
