Bookmark Our Virtual Studio Site: a quick way to access both your on-demand library as well as register for live stream classes is by visiting our virtual studio site at https://virtualstudio.flightroomseattle.com/ 

Plan out your schedule: to take full advantage of your free trial, we highly recommend scheduling your week of classes in advance! While you are of course welcome to use the on-demand library, we would LOVE to see you in our live stream classes. Want a recommendation for how to structure your week for the biggest change in your body? We recommend:

Ab Lab x 1
Barre x 2
Fit x 1
Flexibility Mat x 1

Recommended Props: 

Hand weights (sub: cans of tomatoes, bottles of water)

Pilates/Core Ball (sub: small throw pillow)

Resistance Band (sub: leggings or nylons)

Yoga strap (sub: belt, robe tie, scarf)

Yoga block (sub: thick book, shoe box)

Ongoing membership: look for an email from us soon with options on how to continue with us past your free trial (we promise some epic deals & bonuses.) For the moment, we just want you to focus on getting to know us and jumping right in with your classes. :-)
