All you need to get started with aerial yoga is a professional quality hammock, two daisy chains and two carabiners (often sold as a set) as well as a secure place to rig from (or an aerial stand.) 

We sell the same circus quality hammocks and climbing rated gear as a set for under $100 and you can find x-hooks for safe rigging on Amazon for under $25. 

We also include an aerial yoga hammock & gear with the purchase of our aerial bundles. 

It's way less expensive and much more simple to get going than some other fitness options out there (looking at you, Mirror and Peloton ;) 

Rigging should always be completed by a professional rigger or licensed contractor.The good news: this is a quick and easy job for a skilled contractor (which means low cost for you.) The reason we always recommend hiring a professional? Your rigging points need to be able to hold your swinging weight and you need an expert to confirm that your ceiling or beam is up to the task. 

For aerial yoga, daisy chains can be wrapped around a weight-tested beam, a swing set or professionally installed x-mount ceiling bolts (you can grab those on Amazon for under $25.). A safe, portable and easy to set-up (no expertise required!) option is an aerial stand. There are a variety of aerial yoga stands available online with quick shipping.

Using a doorway pull-up bar (as long as it can support your swinging weight) is also a very cost effective option, but limits your range of motion somewhat depending on the width of your doorframe.

We have over 25 classes (a mixture of mat based and aerial) live streamed via Zoom each week. That means that you can join our STUDIO classes from the comfort of your home and still get feedback on your form from your instructor (or you can totally keep your video off if you prefer.)
