Free Trial & Payment: please note that if you'd like to return your hammock kit/cancel the immersion purchase, you must notify us on or before January 21, 2021 by emailing us at [email protected]. If you do not cancel during the trial period, you will be charged for the immersion on January 22nd according to the payment plan you selected. 

Hammock arrival & set-up: our hammock kits ship with priority shipping and will arrive in an Amazon box. Your new set should arrive within five days of your purchase. Please shoot us an email if you'd like a status update and we'd be happy to help. 

A few important things to know:

1. The set comes with climbing grade daisy chains and carabiner. If you are planning on rigging to your ceiling (scroll down this page for all rigging options), you will need a set of x-mount bolts. These are well rated, cost effective and ship quickly. 

2. The fabric is relatively stretchy (which means it's super comfortable on the skin and won't pinch like the "parachute fabric" hammocks.) Before using your hammock for a class, sit and stand in it (you can even hop gently up and down) to encourage it to relax. 

It will continue to stretch as you use it, so just adjust your carabiner up the daisy chain to shorten as needed. Any extra length can be tied up to stay out of the way. 

Aerial Progression: to make sure you get the safest start possible, please follow the classes as laid out in the program. We carefully selected these classes to build toward the strength and skill needed to progress to the next level and encourage you to take your time and repeat as often as needed/desired. If you'd like to take more than three classes each week, you can certainly progress to the next module though we recommend building in a day or two for rest each week, especially as your body adapts to working with the fabric.
