We're so excited you've joined us! Below are a few important details about your aerial yoga starter kit. Have questions? Reach out anytime via email ([email protected]) or text 206-202-7646.

• Hammock arrival & set-up: generally, hammocks arrive within a week or so. During the pandemic, shipping has been a little more variable, but please let us know anytime if you’d like an update and we can check tracking info. For some tips on installing scroll down this page 👇👇👇
  
  
• Getting started with aerial classes: if you are new to aerial yoga, please take a minimum of 3-5 Beginner Flight and/or Zen Flight classes before jumping into Flow Flight or Flexibility Flight. Power Flight and Play Flight should be taken by students comfortable in the hammock and ready for a challenge.
  
  
• Access to live stream classes: we will be creating a Flight Room account for you (this is a separate scheduling tool from our on-demand library, which you already have access to) and adding your membership so you can start scheduling your live stream classes. Once this is set up (can take up to 12 hours depending on whether we’re in the studio a lot that day), you’ll receive a separate email from us with log-in and scheduling instructions.
  
  

• Intro Workshop: our next online Flight Foundations Intro Workshop is onThursday, July 30th at 4pm PST/7pm EST. If you selected to have your two weeks of classes begin on or before 7/30, you can schedule yourself for the workshop here. If you’d like to attend this session but your membership starts at a later date, just let me know by replying and I’ll add you on my end. (Note: you’ll want your hammock installed before attending the workshop as we’ll actually be doing poses together.) The intro workshop will be available in our on-demand library as well. 

• Ongoing membership: as a reminder, your two week membership included with your starter kit rolls over to our monthly virtual membership. Again, if you would like any changes made, just let me know prior to your billing date.
